Refund & Cancellation Policy

Green Solution provides professional B2B marketing services. As a service-based business, our refund and cancellation terms differ from those of a physical goods retailer. This policy sets out your rights and our obligations in clear, straightforward terms.

1. Monthly Retainers

Cancellation

Monthly retainers require a minimum 30 days' written notice to cancel, unless your retainer agreement specifies a longer notice period. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Please send cancellation notices to greenheal@greenheal.fit.

Refunds

Retainer fees already paid for the current billing period are non-refundable, as resources have been allocated and work has commenced. No further charges will be made after the final billing period concludes.

Minimum Commitment

Our retainers carry a minimum commitment (typically 3 months, as specified at the time of purchase). Cancellation during the minimum commitment period does not entitle you to a refund of fees already paid, and any remaining fees within the minimum term may remain payable. Please review your retainer agreement for the specific terms applicable to your package.

2. Project Packages (One-Off Services)

Before Work Commences

If you cancel a project package before the project kick-off call has taken place and before any substantive work has commenced, you are entitled to a full refund, provided the cancellation is made within 5 business days of purchase.

After Work Commences

Once a project kick-off call has taken place or substantive work has begun, the following applies:

  • Fees for work already completed or in progress are non-refundable
  • A proportional refund may be offered at our discretion for clearly defined deliverables not yet commenced
  • Any refund offered will be calculated based on work completed versus total project scope

3. Strategy Sessions and Consultations

Strategy sessions and consultation fees are non-refundable if cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled session time. If you cancel with more than 24 hours' notice, we will offer a reschedule at no charge (once per booking).

4. Service Quality Disputes

If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of our service delivery, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the relevant deliverable at greenheal@greenheal.fit. We are committed to resolving issues promptly and fairly, and will work with you to revise, remedy, or re-deliver work where reasonable.

We do not offer refunds based solely on subjective dissatisfaction with creative or strategic direction where the work has been delivered in accordance with the agreed brief.

5. How to Request a Refund or Raise a Dispute

To request a refund, cancellation, or raise a dispute, please email us at greenheal@greenheal.fit with:

  • Your full name and company name
  • Your order or invoice reference
  • A clear description of your request or the issue

We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days and aim to resolve it within 10 business days.

6. Governing Law

This policy is governed by the laws of England and Wales. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights as a business customer under applicable UK law.
