Service Delivery Policy

Green Solution provides professional B2B marketing services. All services are delivered digitally — we do not ship physical goods. This policy explains how and when your services will be delivered.

1. Nature of Delivery

All Green Solution services are delivered digitally via:

  • Email (reports, strategy documents, written deliverables)
  • Shared cloud platforms (Google Drive, Notion, or similar, as agreed)
  • Video call sessions (via Google Meet, Zoom, or Microsoft Teams)
  • Dedicated project management or communication tools (e.g., Slack, Asana)

No physical goods are shipped. No physical attendance is required unless explicitly agreed for in-person strategy sessions (UK only).

2. Delivery Timelines

Monthly Retainers

  • Onboarding: We will contact you within 2 business days of cleared payment to schedule your onboarding call
  • Full service commencement: Within 5 business days of your onboarding call
  • Ongoing deliverables: As specified in your retainer scope and agreed monthly content calendar

Project Packages

  • Kick-off call: Scheduled within 3–5 business days of purchase
  • Final deliverables: As stated in the product listing for each package (typically 10–21 business days from kick-off, depending on scope)

Strategy Sessions

  • Scheduled at a mutually agreed time, typically within 5–7 business days of purchase
  • Written session summary and action plan delivered within 3 business days of the session

3. Client Responsibilities

Timely delivery of our services depends on receiving the necessary inputs from you. These may include:

  • Completed onboarding questionnaires or briefs
  • Access credentials for relevant platforms (website, LinkedIn, CRM, analytics)
  • Timely review and approval of drafts and deliverables
  • Prompt responses to questions from your dedicated account manager

Where delays are caused by late or incomplete client inputs, we will adjust delivery timelines accordingly and notify you. We accept no liability for delays caused by the client.

4. Revisions and Amendments

Each project package and retainer tier includes a defined number of revision rounds as stated in the product description. Additional revisions beyond this scope may be subject to additional fees, which will be agreed in advance.
